Complete the form below to request a kit. You will be notified via email when the request is received and process. This email will include your information on when/where to pick it up. You may keep the kit for two weeks from the point of pick up.
We ask that after you use the kits in your classroom that you fill out a short survey. The link to the survey will be emailed to you after kit pick up.
